Abstract

Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) with cholangioscopy is the standard of care in the presence of large stones, with a success rate close to 80% in managing migration of clips-related stones [[3]]. Distal common bile duct (CBD) is normal, and pancreatic duct is slightly dilated Graph: Fig. 1 Magnetic resonance (MR) cholangiography showing a dilated intrahepatic bile duct and a large stone probably in remnant cystic duct with a 23 mm diameter.
