La Relación entre la Gestión del Conocimiento y las Capacidades Dinámicas.

The purpose of this article is to theoretically discuss the relationship between knowledge management and dynamic capabilities, a reason for the little exploration it has had in the literature on strategic management. This discussion is carried out around the theoretical approaches of the theory of the firm, the Resources-based Vision of the firm (RBV) and Knowledge-based Vision of the firm (KBV), from which it is argued that the Knowledge management allows the strategic renewal of organizations. Therefore, in this article the influence of knowledge management on the dynamic capacities of sensing, learning, seizing and coordination is exposed.
