Applying a housing construction model to improve a small town demographic dynamics.

In this study, using housing construction in a mathematical model, a hidden dependence on the housing construction industry development as a factor in improving the Kazakhstan Republic Kosshy, Akmola region small town demographic dynamics, was revealed. Then, based on the parameters input data: the total area, the housing initial number, the plot volume per housing unit and the housing retirement rate, the value results, computer experiments results from simulation and visualization were obtained for the output data: growth in the construction number and rate, and housing retirement, coefficient housing construction growth related to accessibility to the population, housing construction coefficient decline related to the land available for building a house, and the housing construction industry multiplier, and finally growth in the occupied land plots share for housing construction.
