改良 Constant 量表对背阔肌皮瓣供区疗效评价的应用.

Objective To explore the effect of modified Constant scale on follow-up evaluation of donor site after latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap operation. Methods From January 2017 to June 2020, 27 patients with latissimus dorsi skin flap in Department of Hand surgery of Ruihua Hospital of Soochow University were followed up, the surgical cases of wound repair or functional reconstruction with latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap. The evaluation included appearance (5 points), scar (10 points), sensation (5 points), pain (15 points), daily activities (20 points), range of motion (40 points) and patient satisfaction (5 points). The patients who were followed up for more than 6 months were evaluated by modified Constant scale. The efficacy of the donor site was comprehensively evaluated according to the scoring results. Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 28 months (mean 11.6 months). There were 11 cases of abnormal scar, 2 cases of sunken deformity, no pterygoid shoulder, 1 case of mild pain during daily activities, slightly affected daily life and exercise, and 2 patients were generally satisfied with the donor area. All patients feel good in the donor area, although there were some directions of activity can not reach the maximum, but did not affect daily life and exercise, donor area satisfaction was high. The score of 27 patients was 75 to 99, with an average of (92.6±5.2). The comprehensive evaluation was excellent in 20 cases, good in 6 cases and fair in 1 case. The excellent and good rate was 96.2%. Conclusion The modified Constant scale has a comprehensive content, a moderate proportion of subjective and objective considerations, and is easy to use, which can provide a reference for the evaluation of the curative effect of the donor area after operation of the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
