K-12 School Motor and Drive Retrofit Project -- Integrated Project Delivery.

The article outlines a K-12 school infrastructure electrical energy conservation motor and drive retrofit project which employs an integrated project delivery method. Details are presented of the scope of the project's heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system selection and design intent, as well as the basis of design including energy conservation measures, building automation system and owner's project requirement.
