Abstract
- The article proposes a delivery strategy to enhance tumor-selective immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) accumulation, which leverages the responsiveness of platelets and platelet-derivatives to coagulation cascade signals. Topics include synthesis and characterization of fusion protein tissue factor-Arg-Gly-Asp (tTF-RGD), recruitment of plate membrane nanoparticles (PM-NP) to the tumor site by tTF-RGD in a patient-derived xenograft (PDX) model, and characterization of tTF and tTF-RGD.
