LEADING A DISTRICT ANTIRACISM JOURNEY.

The article discusses the antiracism initiative led by school district leaders at the San Mateo Union High School District in California. Topics explored include the antiracist competencies training offered to students through the Youth Catalyst Liberatory Leadership program, the way educators have been encouraged to reflect on their identities and biases, and the support extended by Black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) educators in dealing with resistance to the initiative.
