Abstract

This article describes a case report on anterior prosthetic rehabilitation with metal-free crown and fiberglass core made using CAD-CAM system. The technique of intraradicular fiberglass retainers, made by the CAD-CAM system, allows rehabilitation in cases where there is no remaining coronal structure, ensuring high retention and excellent adaptation. The clinical case presented shows that the use of the CAD-CAM system for the fabrication of fiberglass cores allows for clinically satisfactory results, promoting aesthetics, fracture resistance, and ease of clinical application.
