Abstract

Commission of the European Communities' application for a declaration that the Hellenic Republic was in breach of obligations under the Directive 91/271/EEC on urban waste water treatment; Proceedings brought against the EDF in relation to damage caused by the discharge of fresh water from a hydroelectric power station into a saltwater marsh connected to the Mediterranean.
