Abstract

This case demonstrates that clinical and pathological suspicion of NTM could be sufficient to start an empiric treatment even when microbiological isolation is unavailable. Moreover, disseminated mycobacteriosis may underlie an occult aggressive neoplasm. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
