Abstract
- Reports on the enactment of Fair Trade Act to replace a statue held unconstitutional by Supreme Court in Florida. Authorization for the attorney general to restrain the performance of enforcement of any resale price maintenance contract if he deems that the contract prevents competition in the new law; Question on the impact of the powers given to the attorney general by the new statute on the operation of fair trade; Criticism on the clause included in the statute on the powers of the attorney general.
