Abstract
- After Covid-19, there will be more pressure on companies and workers who support running it. Some researchers predict that the supply chain during the Covid-19 will encourage producers to invest in an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, either as a new purchase or an upgrade to an existing system. This paper aims to determine whether the implementation of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that has been running has met company management's expectations by choosing the right evaluation model and developing relevant and measurable aspects to support the goals of success in implementing the ERP system. The research and development results of this measurement method can be used as a basis for companies to be used as an evaluation method for the development and improvement of the quality of ERP systems in the future.
