Abstract
- Abstract: A series of bicyclic N-substituted and unsubstituted β-lactams were synthesized and evaluated as targeted potential antimalarials. The compounds MNR4 and MNR5 were found to have highest potency against Plasmodium falciparum in vitro. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
