Environmental safety on transport against the background of state policy.

The authors of the present article, united by common ideas, set the goal of conducting a study of three phenomena: the requirements of environmental policy outlined by the Russian state; existing legislation on environmental protection; the real state of environmental safety in the field of transport as a high source of danger. The analysis of the impact of transport on the state of the environment, the study of the transport regulatory framework in the field of ensuring environmental safety, the identification of problems of transport and environmental legal regulation and ways to solve them under conditions of the environmental crisis remain the most pressing problems of our time. Scientific research on such problems always provides opportunities for the formation of new hypotheses, scientific ideas that enrich knowledge, develop methods for ensuring environmental safety.
