The purpose of this study is to create a concept to implement environmental education for elementary students in the surrounding mining areas in Indonesia. Data was gathered by looking through all published papers and articles that discussed studies on mining activities in Indonesia and the implementation of environmental education in Indonesia. The aim of the subject analysis was to identify multiple subjects that could be combined with environmental education topics. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing information gathered about mining activities in Indonesia, the implementation of environmental education in Indonesia, and subject analysis in order to create a concept to implement environmental education for elementary students in the mining areas in Indonesia.
