INTERAÇÕES ENTRE OS COMPONENTES DO CAPITAL INTELECTUAL DE EMPRESAS RESIDENTES EM PARQUES TECNOLÓGICOS.

Understand the importance of technological alliances as determinants of the generation and interaction between the dimensions of intellectual capital is essential for the maintenance and continuity of interorganizational relationships based on innovation, but the literature has consideref these dimensions separately and at organizational level of analysis. Therefore, this study analyzes the direct and indirect interactions between the components of intellectual capital (human, structural and relational) of companies residing in technology parks. A survey was carried out with 106 managers of companies residing in Brazilian technology parks and in the data analysis, structural equation modeling was used. The results indicate that human capital has a positive effect on structural capital, and this has a positive effect on relational capital. They also reveal a mediating role for structural capital, which suggests that this variable is conditional on the indirect relationship between human capital and relational capital. The results contribute to identifying the direct effect of human capital on relational capital and indirectly through structural capital, which indicates that the characteristics surrounding the infrastructure of technology parks are important to explain the benefits of human capital.
