Abstract

The article focuses on the sensitivity of schizophrenia endophenotype biomarkers to anticholinergic medication burden (ACMB). Topics include the impact of ACMB on cognitive performance in individuals with schizophrenia, the role of neurophysiological biomarkers (MMN and P3a) in early auditory information processing, and the association between ACMB and diminished MMN and P3a responses in schizophrenia patients.
