A PSICODINÂMICA DO TRABALHO NA GESTÃO PÚBLICA: VIVÊNCIAS DE SERVIDORES EM CONTEXTOS DE MUDANÇAS EM ORGANIZAÇÕES PÚBLICAS.

The objective text is to understand the work experiences of public servants in the context of changes in managerial models, in the light of psychodynamic work (PDT). Developed a qualitative study of the Secretary of the Government of the State of Ceará. Two foram servers interviewed. Foi used the technique to analyze two nuclei of meaning (ANS) for understanding narratives. As a result, the themes and sub-themes identified and analyzed foram: i) changes in the PDT context dimensions: work conditions, work organization and social relations of work; ii) changes in content dimensions: work and subjectivity; prazer-sofrimento; defense strategies; reconhecimento. In an outstanding way, I perceive that a work-subjectivity relationship emerges in an intense way from two little subjects singularities; where the subjectivities are transformed in relation to work and have space, including, for possible leaks, by means of work, of doors originated outside the work environment, such as not mourning, for example.
