[68 Ga]Ga-DOTA-FAPI-04: Focus the lesion in [18F]F-FDG hidden by metformin.

Considering the effect of physiologic uptake on [ SP 18 sp F]F-FDG PET/CT images, the patient received a [ SP 68 sp Ga]Ga-DOTA-FAPI-04 PET/CT scan the next day. [ SP 68 sp Ga]Ga-DOTA-FAPI-04 PET/CT showed a soft tissue density nodule in front of the middle segment of the rectum, about 2.3 cm × 1.9 cm in size.
