Abstract

This research focuses on the impact of the perceived risk experienced by tourists during their visit to a destination. The insecurity experienced in destinations around the world represents a major challenge for managers, businesses, and academics. The objective of this work is to understand the impact of the perceived risk experienced by tourists during their stay in a destination. Thus, risk as a key variable in this work is studied from a qualitative approach by means of an in-depth interview to find out the opinions that a group of visitors have of a place.
