Abstract
- Soliton perturbation theory is used in this paper to uncover the adiabatic conservation laws. The effect of soliton cooling arises from a fixed point in the corresponding dynamical system. • This paper addresses the behavior of quasi-monochromatic solitons exhibiting a triple-power law of nonlinearity. • The power and linear momentum conserved quantities are derived by utilizing soliton perturbation theory. • The presence of a fixed point in the derived dynamical system leads to the cooling effect observed in optical solitons.
