The article's objective is to characterize the Project Business Model under the Canvas philosophy and determine its importance in designing business plans for new science and technology-based enterprise projects by defining a strategic management system. The research problem stems from the high mortality rate of this type of companies. Therefore, a descriptive methodology is used based on relevant bibliographic reviews to identify the existing models' elements. Among the most outstanding results, this proposal outlines a new business model with a three-dimensional vision, which responds to the needs a newly created company faces in different periods of its development.
