Abstract
- The article cites several published health research. It includes a study which found an association between a healthy diet with better cardiovascular fitness, another which found that a calcium score appears to improve heart risk assessment compared to genetic testing, and one study which shows that ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) can better predict death from cardiovascular diseases and other cases compared to conventional blood pressure screening in clinics.
