失匹配负波在慢性意识障碍中的应用现状及进展.

With the development of emergency and critical care medicine, the patients with prolonged disorders of consciousness (pDOC) after brain injury are increasing year by year. Accurate assessment of patients' level of consciousness has become an important part of diagnosis and treatment. As an event-related potential (ERP) independent of patients' active attention, mismatch negativity (MMN) has a broad application prospect in the field of consciousness disorders. Based on existing research about pDOC and MMN, the classification and diagnosis of pDOC, and generation mechanism, result interpretation, clinical application of MMN. The particularity and importance of MMN in pDOC were highlighted. It provides reference for the follow-up basic research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of MMN in pDOC. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
