The article present a study regarding the JAK inhibitors efficacious for atopic dermatitis in Asian patients. It discusses the efficacy of three oral Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors, abrocitinib, baricitinib and upadacitinib; found that abrocitinib and upadacitinib showed better treatment efficacy compared to baricitinib; and demonstrating significant improvements in skin condition and itch reduction among patients.
