Abstract
- The CH SB 2 sb Cl SB 2 sb -soluble fraction was subjected to column chromatography (CC, silica gel, the gradient of CH SB 2 sb Cl SB 2 sb -MeOH, 100:1-0:100) to afford nine fractions (Frs. The I n i -BuOH-soluble fraction was separated by CC (ODS, the gradient of MeOH-H SB 2 sb O, (20:80-100:0)) to yield six fractions (Frs. Fraction B3 (7.3 g) was subjected to column chromatography on silica gel (CH SB 2 sb Cl SB 2 sb -MeOH, 10:1-0:1), Sephadex LH-20 (MeOH), and MCI (MeOH-H SB 2 sb O, 2:5-1:0) to afford compounds B 3 b (9.2 mg), B 4 b (6.1 mg), B 5 b (4.8 mg), B 6 b (4.2 mg), B 9 b (11.2 mg), B 10 b (21.6 mg), B 11 b (3.61 mg), B 12 b (14.3 mg), and B 19 b (8.6 mg).
