Abstract

The article focuses on how delegation debates impacting constitutional authority distribution, with a particular emphasis on nondelegation in private businesses. It reports that, the public delegation theory restricts government authority transfer, while private delegation doctrine restricts government power and violence to private companies. It states that this raises constitutional limitations on the forms of force that the government can use against private parties.
