基于响应面法的新型再生骨料透水混凝土性能预测研究.

Abstract
- In order to study the influence of different factors and the interaction of factors to the key performance of innovative recycled aggregate pervious concrete, by setting different levels of the three factors of the number of pipe holes, diameter and material type, response surface methodology was used to design experiment and establish positive and lateral compressive strength and response model of permeability coefficient, and experiment to verify the optimization results. The results show that the sensitivity degree of each factor to the impact of positive and lateral compressive strength is the number of pipe holes > the diameter of pipe holes > the elastic modulus of pipe holes. The sensitivity degree of the influence of various factors to the permeability coefficient is in the order of diameter of pipe holes > the number of pipe holes > the roughness of pipe holes. By comparing the model optimization prediction results with the validation test results, it is found that the experimental results are close to the model optimization prediction results, indicating that the design test based on response surface methodology has practical significance, and the theoretical analysis using response surface methodology can match the measured results of the performance of innovative recycled aggregate pervious concrete.
