L'ANALYSE DU DISCOURS FRANÇAISE, UNE THÉORIE DÉFECTUEUSE. RELECTURE CRITIQUE DE LA NOTION DE SUJET À PARTIR DE LA PHILOSOPHIE AFRICAINE.

In the current context of questioning the epistemic dominations of the Global North, it is necessary to examine the situation of French discourse analysis, given its hegemonic situation in many countries of the Global South. The aim of this article is to show that French discourse analysis suffers from defects and blind spots due to its own hegemony, epistemic domination being built on the duly organized non-existence of other knowledge. After a presentation of the frameworks of reflection proposed by gender, postcolonial and decolonial studies, the article proposes to adopt an Afrocentric Western perspective to carry out a critical rereading of the notion of subject through the works of several contemporary French-speaking African philosophers.
