Experimentierfeld DigiMilch: Digitalisierung in der Prozesskette Milcherzeugung.

In the “DigiMilch” experimental field, all sectors of the milk production process chain of a dairy farm are analysed from the point of view of digitalization. The goals of the project are, on the one hand, the demonstration of digital processes on commercial dairy farms and, on the other hand, the investigation of the suitability of digital technologies for use in practice as well as systematic knowledge transfer to various target groups. These goals are being pursued within five demonstration projects: management of agricultural fertilizer, sensor-based yield determination, feeding management, interconnected barn technology and interconnected individual animal sensor-systems.
