Six Public Policy Recommendations to Increase the Translation and Utilization of Research Evidence in Public Health Practice.

The article features public policy recommendations to boost use of research evidence in public health practice in 2023. Topics discussed include the need to fund priority areas that promote long-term collaborative research for the use of practitioners and decision makers, and the need to recognize and reward the application of research designs conducive to the production of high quality research evidence. Also noted is the need to fund the dissemination of research findings.
