Transnasal Endoscopic Resection of Torus Tubarius Pleomorphic Adenoma.

The article describes the case of a 68-year-old male patient with a 5-year history of progressive left nasal obstruction. Topics covered include the findings of the endoscopic examination of nasal cavities and nasopharynx which led to the diagnosis of pleomorphic adenoma (PA) arising from torus tubarius, signs and symptoms of PA in the nasopharynx, and patient outcome following transnasal endoscopic resection.
