Abstract: The article focuses on the Indiana Reading Evaluation and Determination (iREAD) program in 2023, which had over 1,250 participating libraries in various locations. Topics include the theme "Find Your Voice!," how libraries encouraged patrons to express themselves through creative programs, and talent shows, emphasizing the power of one's voice in storytelling and social change.
