Passage of a resolution asking public libraries to confine homosexually-themed books and other age-inappropriate material to areas exclusively for adult access and distribution in Oklahoma; Resolution of the Hillsborough County Commission in Florida to modify the DVD acquisition policy of Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library System; Decision of the Public library of Enid and Garfield County, Oklahoma to ban library patrons from using chat rooms.
