Abstract

Here, we report the 66-year-old woman with genetic-confirmed CADASIL presenting continuous chorea, and review movement disorders associated with CADASIL. Two cases of facial dystonia have been reported in a single family.[13] Only one report described the vascular chorea in CADASIL, a 58-year-old female with asymmetric chorea on the left hand and lip.
