Abstract

With the gradual improvement of market demand and the continuous improvement of equipment manufacturing, the demand for the use of large-section, large-scale, and large-scale structural wharf at home and abroad is increasing. Therefore, the difficulty of wharf construction has also increased accordingly, and the installation of prefabricated components requires construction equipment with more prominent lifting capacity and better construction techniques. This paper mainly introduces the key technologies for the installation and construction of prefabricated components for the ultra-wide wharf of the Wilmar Industrial Park Port Project in Banten Indonesia. The overall widest part of the hydraulic structure of this project reaches 70 m. This technology utilizes a 70 t special portal crane and a set of 250 t+5 000 t square barge crane unit for combined installation, and cooperates with the multi-functional hoisting frame to install the wharf beam and slab. The successful application of this technology in the water installation of prefabricated components similar to ultra -wide high -piled wharves has important reference significance for improving construction efficiency, ensuring structural safety, and reducing equipment costs.
