Abstract

The paper proposes a new approach to solving the optimization problem for a system of processing technogenic waste of the oil and gas industry. The optimization problem is formulated as an integer mathematical programming problem for the maximum of the objective function considering the constraints. The objective function in the optimization problem is determined using a set of efficiency assessments of environmental safety, resource, and energy consumption in the waste processing system. These assessments are obtained via multi-factorial analysis based on the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. As the constraints to the problem solution, the limitations on the maximum operating time of the technological plant for the recycling of the waste placed in the storage facility are considered.
