This article describes an experimental study that evaluated the effects of dual-site transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) associated with dual-task training in patients after an ischemic stroke. The participants received dual-site anodal tDCS (M1 + DLPFC) associated with dual-task motor and cognitive training for 10 sessions. However, no significant effects of dual-site tDCS application on the motor and cognitive performance of the patients were found.
