THE INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF WELDING: 75 YEARS.

This year, the International Institute of Welding (IIW) celebrates its 75th anniversary as the leading international professional organization devoted to the advancement of welding, joining, and allied technologies. This year also marks the 60th anniversary of Welding in the World which was established by IIW in 1963 as a mechanism to publish authoritative papers and other articles that represent the work of the technical commissions within IIW.
