Purification by flash column chromatography (silica gel, hexanes/EtOAc 200:1) provided B 1c b ; yield: 226 mg (63%); yellow solid; mp 110-112 °C. Purification by flash column chromatography (silica gel, hexanes/EtOAc 200:1) provided B 1e b ; yield: 451 mg (70%); orange liquid. Purification by flash column chromatography (silica gel, hexanes/EtOAc 100:1) provided B 1o b ; yield: 241 mg (95%); yellow liquid. [Extracted from the article]
