Abstract

Cognitive Radio (CR) Technology is the increasing interest in WCSs (Wireless Communication Systems), it is an expected that CR enable VANETs will play a main role on the improvement of communication effective in Vehicular Network. The increasing in the number of the vehicles leads to the issues in the management of the traffic, accidents and insecure data. The data shared between the vehicles on the similar route and control of the traffic used the same technology. In order to overcome the issues, the researchers have developed the different technologies with different applications and technologies. With the increase in the number of the vehicles, the Cognitive Radio VANET is an intelligent solution for the management of the traffic and utilization of the effective and efficient radio spectrum. Cognitive radio is capable of the unemployed spectrum bands. Hence, demand of the wireless communication used as the dynamic apprehension for the scarcity of the radio spectrum. The increased demand for radio spectrum plays a vital role in vehicle management. Cognitive radio is a dynamic allocation approach for minimizing limited access on the wavelengths of the spectrum and exploiting the frequency band. With the introduction of the cognitive radio system, the operators of a VANET can perceive and hopping from one network system to the other in the required spectrum frequencies based on the cognitive radio's atmosphere.
