Abstract

Due to the great height of suction jackets for offshore wind power foundations and poor sea conditions at the construction site, it is difficult for installation personnel to fix lifting hooks at great height and the risk is high for their safety. At present, there is no mature experience for reference, which brings great challenges to site construction. A set of intelligent sling and rigging system was innovatively developed for lifting and installation of suction jackets for Project C of Changle Offshore Wind Farm, which makes full use of information technology such as wireless communication, the Internet of Things to effectively solve the difficulty in positioning and aligning of the suction jacket and slings at high altitude and the safety of personnel working at heights, A total of 41 suction jackets were installed with the intelligent sling and rigging system, which proved to be technologically advanced with stable and reliable performance, and has great promotion value, conducive to promoting the technological progress of the offshore wind power industry.
