Dimeticone: Granuloma following off-label use: case report.

Conventional radiography revealed a bone-condensation reaction with a periosteal reaction close to the ulcers; CT scan showed subcutaneous fat tissues and muscle compartments filled with nodules, where severe muscle oedema was evident. The left leg ulcer worsened after use of different wound dressings and negative pressure wound therapy; however, it was healed by venous compression. Therefore, the patient's right leg ulcer was treated with negative pressure wound therapy with resolution. [Extracted from the article]
