大跨径龙门吊在曲线段大跨度深基坑隧道施工中的应用.

Linear municipal deep foundation pit tunnel project is generally characterized by long and narrow construction enclosed area, long curved section, large foundation pit span and depth, and many surrounding buildings. In order to achieve the efficient operation of foundation pit hoisting under such conditions, a long span gantry crane that can travel in the curved section was adopted. The optimization of long span gantry crane installation technology by using the foundation pit support structure, and the improvement of gantry crane traveling system to meet the requirements that the long span gantry crane can carry out hoisting operations in the curved section of deep foundation pit tunnel. The long span gantry crane for deep foundation pit hoisting has been successfully applied to the land project on the south bank of the Dalian Bay Subsea Tunnel, which has realized the gantry crane group operation, greatly improved the site space utilization, and accumulated valuable construction experience and parameters.
