Procedimiento para la estandarización de procesos y la competitividad en empresas agroproductivas de Manabí.

The study carried out aimed to structure a procedure for the standardization of processes in Manabi agroproductive SMEs that directly contributes to increasing their internal and external competitiveness. To this end, an exploratory, descriptive and bibliographic research was applied, which allowed obtaining relevant information about the situation of these small and medium-sized agroproductive companies that justified the need to standardize their key processes, so that the results obtained in them are aligned with the strategic objectives contemplated in their planning and respond to their mission and vision. Theoretical methods such as inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic and practical methods such as Delphi were used for the definition of the validation criteria of the procedure by the previously selected experts, which contributed to the structuring of the procedure, within which a methodology already validated in previous investigations for the classification of the processes was applied. The procedure was evaluated by experts, obtaining a consensus value through the Kendall coefficient of 0.657, which demonstrated the relevance and applicability of the proposal made in Manabi agroproductive SMEs, allowing to adjust to their particularities.
