Utilization of Reality Therapy and Choice Theory to Promote Career Development with Adolescents in School Settings.

The role of a Professional School Counselor encompasses supporting students in a variety of areas, including post-secondary and career considerations. Reality Therapy/Choice Theory is an extremely helpful lens from which school counselors can help students in making career decisions. This article focuses on the intersection of how the ASCA National Model and Reality Therapy/Choice Theory can be applied in school settings.
