YÖNETİM ALANINDA LİDERLİK VE MOTİVASYON ÜZERİNE YAPILMIŞ ÇALIŞMALARIN BİBLİYOMETRİK ANALİZİ.

Leadership and motivation are among the most important issues in the field of management. Especially in the literature, these two concepts have been the subject of many studies by associating them with each other, and the importance of leadership for motivation has been emphasized in the studies that the two concepts affect each other. The aim of this study is to examine the studies on the concepts of leadership and motivation in the field of management from the past to the present with the bibliometric analysis method. In the Web of Science (WoS) database, studies in which "leadership" and "motivation" were mentioned in the article type in the field of management were searched and a total of 1583 studies were reached. In addition, the studies were visualized with the VOSviewer mapping technique. When the data obtained were analysed; it was determined that the number of studies on the subject has increased since 2017 and the highest number of studies was conducted in 2021 with a total of 191 studies. It has been determined that the most collaborating countries in the studies where the articles are mostly indexed in SSCI and the English language is dominant are the USA and the People's Republic of China. Leadership, motivation and transformational leadership were found to be the most used keywords. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
