Abstract

The rotary crossflow membrane separation technology was applied to the treatment of stone wastewater. The operation performance, operation status, anti blocking and anti pollution ability of the membrane separation equipment were studied. The results show that when the rotary crossflow ultrafiltration equipment was applied to the treatment of stone mining wastewater, the effluent flow rate could be more than 2.5m3/h for a long time. The operating pressure could be maintained at a low pressure level of less than 0.04MPa, in which the removal rate of suspended solids was 99.5%, the removal rate of turbidity was 100%, and the effluent CODcr concentration was about 15mg/L, which met the reuse standard of the plant. Compared with the traditional membrane equipment, it only needed periodic maintenance cleaning, basically did not need chemical cleaning, and had good anti pollution performance. The energy consumption of operation treatment only accounted for about 30% of the conventional aeration membrane equipment, and the energy-saving benefit was remarkable.
