吲哚胺2, 3-双加氧酶与细胞因子信号传导抑制蛋白-3 在妊娠期高血压疾病 患者胎盘组织中的表达及相关性分析

Objective: To investigate the expression inhibition and correlation of indoleamine 2, 3-dioxygenase （IDO） and cytokine signal transduction inhibitor protein-3 （SOCS3） in placenta of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy （HDP）. Methods: The expressions of IDO and SOCS3 in placenta of HDP were detected by Western blot method, and the expressions and correlation of them in placenta were analyzed. Results: IDO and SOCS3 were expressed in placenta of patients with HDP and normal pregnancy, and their expression was negatively correlated with the progression of HDP. There was a positive correlation between the expressions of IDO and SOCS3 in placenta of the three groups, and the correlation in preeclampsia group was higher than that in HDP group and normal pregnancy group, and the correlation in HDP group was significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy group. Conclusion: IDO and SOCS3 play an important role in immune tolerance in the third trimester of pregnancy, and may be involved in the pathogenesis of HDP. IDO and SOCS3 expressions and the degree of correlation can pre-reveal the progression of HPD. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
