The book "Transport Infrastructure and Territorial Disputes. IIRSA in Santa Fe" by Álvaro Álvarez analyzes the territorial disputes that have arisen from the project to convert the port of Santa Fe and its associated infrastructure, as part of the policies promoted by the Initiative for the Integration of Regional Infrastructure in South America (IIRSA).
